“We had an auto totaled in an accident and had to manage through all the details of a loaner vehicle, an adjuster and settlement, disposition of personal items etc, all while searching for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, miscommunication between the salvage and towing/storage operations caused a frustrating delay and affected all those aspects, even though Lawton Insurance had been very clear to all about the process to be followed. Agent Jeff Benner and the entire team worked relentlessly through all the fixes and we ended up with closure–and a settlement that exceeded our expectations.
